What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, booking details and payment confirmation. We don’t store full card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
To confirm bookings, send your keycode, remind you about sessions and reply to your messages. With your permission, we may also send occasional news about the studio.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run bookings, such as our payment processor and text message provider. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for up to three years for accounting. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
